Alas, the only event I'm close to is sleeping with a reactor. I will leave it to someone else to melt down an emmy or move their feet.

I have moved countries temporarily
Watched the Super Bowl yesterday with much drinking.
All limbs are still accounted for.
No nuclear reactors melted - not for lack of trying..

And I'm hoping for a snow day tomorrow.

I have been...
Working so hard at work, that I got efficient and have *as of this moment* run out of work to do. For the moment anyway.
Making my sister's wedding dress, and 2 bridesmaids dresses (one of which is for me) for her wedding next (not this) weekend.
Organising my sister's hen's night and going up to napier for it, I highly recommend blindfolding everyone and making them crawl around as an icebreaker at parties!
Planning my trip to thailand in about 3 weeks, and
Doing all bridesmaidy stuff for another friend, who is getting married very shortly after i get back from thailand.

Busy times! Way too busy to kiss anyone I shouldn't. Although if we want to start a rumour, I did get snapped by my partner's best friend today, hugging my ex-husband in the middle of town.

OH and I have become addicted to SingStar. And become wayyyyy too proficient with Visio.

I got my snow day - but had to "work from home" about as productive as any other day has been recently. The most productive part of the day was reconstructing corrupted excel files with leave and flexi time allocations.

I really should do some of that actual work bollocks tonight - even if it is just marking up a doc so we can pretend that we have a requirements traceability matrix.

Wonder how much it's going to snow tonight now - it hasn't stopped all day - I think that we're at about 5 inches now.

Not sure if it's a good thing or a bad thing that more of my team will be over in batches over the next 6 weeks.....

ROFL at Comm! That said, in practical terms it might not be a bad idea. Be very bad while you're in Chicago, sink your reputation as low as you possibly can and the fallout happens on another continent. Then you can be as naughty as you want with no gossip after that, because it's an improvement!
